The desserts looked bad and the salad bar had a "variety of salad dressings" - per the sign. Not sure I want to try this place again and I normally give a place two tries before giving up on it.

Salad bar consisted of lettuce leaves. Pasta was pasta noodles and sauce The only reason this buffet gets a 'Very good' rating is because of the presumably limited time offer Prime Rib and Lobster Tail buffet.

I came here specifically for this lobster buffet, and I would never bother coming here otherwise. I tried to go last The line up was probably at least a hundred people long, and that was only counting the people in the line, who were holding places for their friends.

Meaning the line up for this buffet is probably like people long, because apparently they try and cut it off at about , or about 7pm, depending.

Anyways, the buffet is open from 5 to 10pm. We got there at 5pm last weekend, and we decided not to stay. This weekend we tried again, got there at about pm.

We were told people had started lining up at about 12pm. So no matter when you arrive, you're guaranteed a wait of at least 4 to 5 hours.

We waited until approx. Incredible wait, I know, and I'm not usually one to wait - but I'm glad I did because it was totally worth it. The lobster tails are small but they are delicious, super tender and moist not dry like River Rock's seafood buffet , and they are tasty.

I didn't try the prime rib but it looked really moist and delicious too. The rest of the buffet is mediocre with a small selection, and nothing special.

However, there is an ice cream station, with soft serve, waffle cones and toppings like smarties, sprinkles and oreo bits. That was good too, but for me it was all about the lobster.

I ate six, and I wish I'd eaten more. They never ran out of clean plates and everything looked quite clean and tidy.

Elements really needs to up its buffet. It is just average. There is a lot of potential and the value really is not there.

A bit too pricey for what you get. I would recommend just eating in the Molson Lounge. Hopefully Elements ups its Went for the Sunday brunch The food is very basic..
